Product development

We use our market insights and lean on our relationships with growers to design original ranges which use high-quality flowers and can be produced at scale. Our lead florists collaborate to create bouquets which reflect seasonal trends and meet customer expectations. So, rather than a run-of-the-mill arrangement, our clients can offer unique designs at competitive prices.

Flower sourcing

We source our fresh flower stems directly from growers and via Holland’s world-famous flower markets. These are people we have known for three decades, and having built mutually beneficial relationships, we can rely on their quality and pricing to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Preserving freshness

Once our flowers have arrived from growers – normally within a day of being cut – they are placed in our climate-controlled room to keep them at optimum levels of freshness. Here, we check their quality and our team of passionate florists get to pick them for their next bouquets.

Product creation and fulfilment

When it’s time to create bouquets, our team comes into their own. Selecting stems from our cold store, they handle each one with the care it deserves, delicately creating beautiful bouquets which are then cut, packed, barcoded and priced. If the bouquet is made-to-order for an e-commerce client, we package use branded boxes and inserts before sending direct to the recipient.
