We are proud to be the plant fulfilment partner of choice for a number of e-commerce retailers who offer plants to their customers. From our floral fulfilment centre, we fulfil entire plant orders on their behalf, before quickly dispatching them directly to customers.

Range curation

Plants are a popular gifting choice for several occasions, as well as being popular personal purchases. That’s why we work with our clients to curate ranges that reflect their proposition and customer tastes, ensuring we can supply their entire range securely over the long-term.

Plant sourcing

As one of the UK’s leading flower and plant importers, we source high-quality plants direct from growers to ensure their quality. With a wide range already available, we are capable of supporting clients even when less common varieties are required.

Maintaining quality

We keep a wide range of plants within our climate-controlled fulfilment centre, taking care of each one just as it requires while it’s with us. This means we can keep every plant happy and healthy until it finds its new home, ensuring quality across our entire range.

Pots and individualisation

When customers buy a plant, they often want to include a pot which suits the plant and the interior space where they intend to keep it. Here, we work with our clients to ensure adequate stocks of the pots they offer, pairing them with orders as required. Where pots aren’t included with an order, we fulfil plant orders in standard plastic pots.

Branding and care guides

For brand consistency, we package every order in-line with our client’s expectations. This includes using branded boxes and packaging, in addition to plant care guides and other insertions which elevate the customer experience. We also work with our clients to develop bespoke materials, such as care guides, where required.
